On February 18, 2013 to February 26,Chinese food fermentation industry research institute President of Muyi Cai,Dr Xingchang Pan With China's health care association deputy secretary-general Dachao Zhang et al communicate in Japan.During visit to the integration of medical exhibition in Tokyo, Japan,With some Japanese business people on healthy development of the industry are discussed;Visited Japan influential food companies - Japanese food Chubby Corporation R & D headquarters,The R & D headquarters with the leadership and relevant parties Chubby stage of disease food and aging food exchanges,President of Muyi Cai describes peptides medical food in China's development status and market prospects.
  On February 22,President Cai and his party Participated in the Japan institute of foodborne peptide in Osaka at the conference for the first time, On the part of Japanese food companies Carried out Nutritional and functional food derived peptides knowledge`s popularization .To help promote foodborne peptides in the Japanese market research and application;Have a depth exchanges With SARAYA Company about foodborne peptide product development. Signed a strategic cooperation agreement; February 25,Visited Osaka University Medical School.And with the Professor Ito had a discussion, who engaged in Foodborne peptide clinical nutrition intervention studies
